Beauty and the Beast

A conceptual project for the Costume Design course at Baylor University

This was my very first project for my first Costume Design course. We watched Jean Cocteau’s La Belle et la Bête and were tasked with creating our own conceptual Beauty and Beast pair. I chose to draw inspiration from art nouveau and the Greek myth of Persephone.
